Electronics Mart India opens new Bajaj Electronics store in Telangana

Electronics Mart India Limited has commenced commercial operations of a new multi-brand store under the "BAJAJ ELECTRONICS" brand. The new outlet, located in Telangana, began operations on September 23, 2025, expanding the company's retail network.

The store is situated at 4-3-31/1, 4-3-31/2, Plot No. 11 & 11/A, Survey No. 107, Malreddypally Village, Tandur, K. V. Ranga Reddy, Telangana - 501141. It spans an area of 6,000 square feet. This expansion aligns with Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, regarding material events.

The announcement was made by rajiv kumar, company secretary and compliance officer, on September 23, 2025, from Hyderabad. The company requested this information be taken on record by both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited.
