EKI Energy Services incorporates new renewable energy subsidiary

EKI Energy Services Limited has announced the incorporation of EKI Greengas Solutions Private Limited, a new wholly-owned subsidiary, effective September 20, 2025. This move was disclosed to BSE Limited in compliance with SEBI regulations. The new entity has an authorized share capital of INR 1,500,000 and a paid-up share capital of INR 1,000,000.

EKI Greengas Solutions Private Limited will operate within the renewable energy industry in India. Its business scope includes the manufacturing, trading, and distribution of biogas and related renewable energy products and technologies. The subsidiary will also provide consulting, research, and services related to biomass, biochar, carbon capture, and the operation of biogas plants and infrastructure.

EKI Energy Services subscribed to 100% of the paid-up share capital in cash, amounting to INR 1,000,000 through the acquisition of 100,000 equity shares at INR 10 each. The incorporation is not classified as a related party transaction. The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations, thus having no turnover to report at this time.
