E.I.D. Parry (India) Limited confirmed the dissolution of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alimtec S.A., effective September 22, 2025, after receiving a certificate from the competent authority on September 23, 2025. This follows the company's previous announcement on August 9, 2023, regarding the board's approval for the sale of assets and subsequent dissolution of Alimtec S.A.

Alimtec S.A. ceased all operations on March 20, 2023, and has not contributed to the revenue or income of the subsidiary since then. The company stated that no consideration was received from this sale/disposal, and the transaction did not involve any related parties or buyers from the promoter/promoter group.

The disclosure aligns with Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Schedule III, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The company further confirmed that the dissolution of Alimtec S.A. does not fall under a scheme of arrangement.
