Data Patterns promoter's pledged shares released, altering stake

Ms. Rekha Murthy Rangarajan, a promoter of Data Patterns (India) Limited, has disclosed an off-market release of pledged shares between September 17 and 19, 2025. This transaction involved 1,448,122 shares, representing 2.59% of the total share/voting capital.

Before this transaction, Ms. Rangarajan held 10,649,948 shares with voting rights (19.02%) and 4,269,188 encumbered shares (7.63%), totaling 14,919,136 shares, or 26.65% of the voting capital. The release of pledged shares changed the post-transaction holding to 10,649,948 shares with voting rights (19.02%) and 2,821,066 encumbered shares (5.04%).

Following the transaction, the total holding stands at 13,471,014 shares, representing 24.06% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital and total voting capital of the company remained constant at 10,649,948 equity shares before and after the transaction.
