Control Print managing director Basant Kabra increases personal stake

Basant Kabra, managing director and promoter of Control Print Limited, has increased his equity stake in the company by acquiring an additional 1,375,997 equity shares. The shares, valued at INR 10 each, were acquired via transmission, bringing his total post-transaction holding to 2,094,876 shares, representing 13.09% of the total share capital.

This acquisition falls under the exemption of Regulation 10(1)(g) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeover) Regulations, 2011, as it is a transmission amongst promoters. Prior to this, Kabra held 718,879 shares, or 4.49% of the company. The overall promoter and promoter group shareholding in Control Print Limited remains unchanged at 8,474,468 equity shares, representing 52.98% of the company's total equity.

The disclosure, made on September 22, 2025, also details a reduction in shares held by Late Pushpa Kabra from 1,401,480 (8.76%) to 25,483 (0.16%).
