Aurum PropTech appoints new auditors for five-year terms

Aurum PropTech Limited announced the appointment of new statutory auditors and a secretarial auditor following approval at its 12th annual general meeting held on September 23, 2025. M/s. Kirtane and Pandit, chartered accountants, have been appointed as the statutory auditors for a five-year period, covering fiscal year 2025-26 through fiscal year 2029-30.

Concurrently, M/s. Ainesh Jethwa & Associates, a practicing company secretary, was appointed as the secretarial auditor for an identical five-year term, from fiscal year 2025-26 to fiscal year 2029-30. Both appointments were based on the recommendation of the board of directors.

M/s. Kirtane and Pandit bring over 65 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and consulting across various industries. M/s. Ainesh Jethwa & Associates offers 12 years of expertise in corporate, secretarial, legal, and compliance-related services, focusing on robust corporate governance. The announcement was made by Sonia Jain, company secretary and compliance officer.
