Wendt India gets approval to reclassify wendt Gmbh as outgoing promoter

The approvals follow Wendt India's applications on June 25, 2025, and July 25, 2025, seeking the declassification of Wendt GmbH as an 'Outgoing Promoter.' The NSE's approval letter and BSE's approval letter, both dated September 22, 2025, grant the necessary no-objection for this change.

This regulatory decision, made in accordance with Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, formalizes the shift in Wendt GmbH's status within Wendt India Limited.
