Tata Elxsi closes trading window for designated persons ahead of Q2 and H1 results

Tata Elxsi Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, effective from Wednesday, September 24, 2025. This closure is in anticipation of the approval of the company's audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared and disseminated to the stock exchanges. This measure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.
