Suraj Estate Developers launches luxury residential project in Dadar

Suraj Estate Developers Limited has launched "Suraj Park View 1," an upscale residential tower in Shivaji Park, Dadar (West), with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹250 crore. The project, located just 150 meters from Shivaji Park, will offer approximately 0.53 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area and is being developed under a capital-efficient redevelopment model.

The 29-storey tower will feature 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences, ranging from 469 sq. ft. to 872 sq. ft., providing panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and Shivaji Park. Amenities include a grand double-height entrance lobby, jogging tracks, an open-air gym, and children's play zones, complemented by a nine-level podium for parking.

This launch reinforces Suraj Estate Developers' leadership in South-Central Mumbai, building on the success of Suraj Park View 2. The company, established in 1986, specializes in value luxury, luxury, and commercial segments, with a strong focus on redeveloping tenanted properties.
