An arbitral tribunal issued an interim award dismissing claims totaling $55.06 million made by Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions Inc., a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of the company.

Conversely, Conti, LLC, USA, was granted a claim amount of $6.44 million plus interest. This decision marks a significant development in the ongoing dispute, as previously disclosed on August 14, 2023.
