Solar Industries completes NCD interest and partial redemption

Solar Industries India Limited announced on September 22, 2025, the successful payment of interest and partial principal redemption for 292 of its non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with ISIN INE343H08024. The total interest amount paid was INR 4,237,940.60, with a net interest payable of INR 3,814,146.54 after a 10% TDS deduction.
