Snowman Logistics shifts investor meeting to virtual format

Snowman Logistics Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 22, 2025, about a change in the schedule of its analyst and institutional investor meetings. The company, through its company secretary and compliance officer Sohan Singh Dhakad, communicated that the previously disclosed group meeting with investors/analysts, originally planned for the company's Delhi office, will now be conducted virtually.

This decision, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, follows an earlier disclosure dated September 18, 2025. The company also noted that further changes may occur due to exigencies involving participants or the company itself.
