Shukra Pharmaceuticals board to consider preferential warrant issue

Shukra Pharmaceuticals Ltd. announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 3, 2025, to consider and approve a preferential issue of warrants. This proposed issue, detailed under Chapter V and in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018, is subject to shareholder approval and other applicable legal clearances.

The meeting will also focus on establishing the relevant date for the preferential issue. Additionally, the board plans to fix the day, date, time, and venue for an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM). Other agenda items include appointing a scrutinizer for both remote E-voting and in-person voting at the EGM, alongside any other business approved by the chairman.
