Samvardhana Motherson schedules analyst and institutional investor meeting

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced its management will attend an analyst/institutional investors meeting on Friday, September 26, 2025. The one-on-one investor meetings, organized by Locus Investment Group, are scheduled for Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from 12:00 PM (IST) to 1:00 PM (IST).

The company emphasized no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared during these meetings. The schedule is subject to change based on exigencies from either the investors or the company.

This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Part A of Schedule III to the Regulations. The announcement was signed by alok goel, company secretary, on September 22, 2025.
