Sai Silks (Kalamandir) expands with new Valli Silks store in Hyderabad

Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited reported the opening of its 72nd store, operating under the Valli Silks format, located in Attapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. The announcement, made on September 22, 2025, is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The new store further solidifies the company's retail footprint. The disclosure was formally communicated to both the Corporate Relations Department of BSE Limited and the Listing Department of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
