Shalini Gupta, a member of the promoter group of Roto Pumps Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 2,200 equity shares in the company. The shares, each with a face value of ₹1, were sold in the open market on September 17, 2025. This transaction falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before this disposal, Shalini Gupta held 637,175 shares, representing 0.34% of the total share/voting capital. Following the sale of 2,200 shares, her holding has decreased to 634,975 shares, maintaining a 0.34% stake in Roto Pumps Limited. The overall promoter group's holding remains at 66.28% of the total share/voting capital.

The total equity share capital of Roto Pumps Limited is reported as ₹18,84,45,660, divided into 18,84,45,660 equity shares of ₹1 each, both before and after the sale. The disclosure has been submitted to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
