Roopesh Tiwari appointed executive director (HR) at Petronet LNG

Petronet LNG Limited has announced the appointment of Roopesh Kumar Tiwari as executive director (HR), effective September 22, 2025. This role is one level below the board of directors. Tiwari will serve until he reaches the superannuation age of 60.

Tiwari brings over 26 years of experience in diverse HR portfolios, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development. He holds a bachelor of science degree with specializations in chemistry and zoology, and a master's degree in human resource management and industrial relations from Lucknow University. His career includes stints at Penna Cement, Kesoram Industries, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Sumtotal Systems, CAE Simulation, and Food Corporation of India Ltd.

Before joining Petronet LNG, Tiwari was associated with Dalmia Bharat Limited. The company stated there are no disclosures regarding relationships between directors concerning this appointment.
