Mphasis to close trading window ahead of financial results

Mphasis Limited announced that its trading window for "designated persons" will be closed starting September 23, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The window will subsequently reopen 48 hours after Mphasis officially announces its financial results for the quarter and half-year concluding on September 30, 2025.

The specific date for the board meeting, convened to approve these financial results, will be communicated separately by the company. Designated persons include promoters, directors, the chief executive officer and material subsidiaries, employees up to two levels below the chief executive officer, key managerial personnel, and all employees in various departments like finance, audit, strategy, corporate communications, information technology, chief risk office, legal, and secretarial, who have or are likely to have access to unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI), as well as their immediate relatives.
