IndiaMART to meet with institutional investors, asset management firms

IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. has scheduled meetings with multiple institutional investors and asset management firms on September 22, 2025. These engagements are in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company will conduct one-on-one meetings, with a particular focus on single investor or institution interactions.

On the specified date, IndiaMART will hold a meeting with Stallion Asset at 03:00 P.M. via video conference. Additionally, a meeting with Eternity Capital is scheduled for 04:00 P.M., also via video conference. Later that day, IndiaMART will engage with Platinum Asset Management in a physical meeting in Noida at 06:00 P.M.
