Happiest Minds to close trading window for Q2 results

Happiest Minds Technologies Limited announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective October 1, 2025. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2025. This measure is implemented to prevent insider trading prior to the release of the quarterly financial performance.

The announcement was made by Praveen Kumar Darshankar, company secretary & compliance officer, on September 22, 2025, and disseminated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
