FSN E-Commerce Ventures to close trading window for Q2 results

FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited, trading on both the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window. This closure, in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading,' will begin on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2025, are made generally available. This measure is implemented to prevent insider trading and ensure fair disclosure of financial performance.

The company's company secretary and compliance officer, Neelabja Chakrabarty, digitally signed the intimation on September 22, 2025. The communication also confirms that designated persons are being informed of this closure in line with the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
