Equilibrated Venture increases stake in Paisalo Digital

Equilibrated Venture Cflow Private Limited has disclosed the acquisition of 4,500,000 equity shares of Paisalo Digital Limited, each with a face value of Re. 1. This acquisition was executed on September 22, 2025, via an open market transaction.

Prior to this transaction, Equilibrated Venture held 17,29,41,446 shares, representing 19.1706% of the total share capital. Following the acquisition, the company's stake has increased to 17,74,41,446 shares, bringing its total voting rights to 19.6694% of Paisalo Digital's total diluted share/voting capital.
