dr. Reddy's board to review Q2 financial results

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. announced that its board of directors will meet on Friday, October 24, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from September 24, 2025, to October 26, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This closure is mandated by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
