Ddev Plastiks Industries declares 175% final dividend

Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited announced a final dividend of Rs. 1.75 per fully paid equity share of Re. 1 each, representing a 175% payout for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This decision was approved by members at the 5th annual general meeting held on Monday, September 22, 2025, via video conferencing.

The company confirmed that the dividend will be paid by October 21, 2025, within 30 days of its declaration. Shareholders on record as of September 15, 2025, will receive the dividend either electronically or through warrants/cheques.

Applicable taxes will be deducted at source from the dividend payout.
