Coforge strengthens board with independent and executive director appointments

Coforge Limited announced on September 22, 2025, the re-appointment of D.K. Singh as an independent director for a second five-year term, effective February 12, 2026, until February 11, 2031. Singh, with over 36 years of leadership experience across global industries, brings extensive expertise in procurement, supply-chain, and engineering, having previously served as senior vice president and chief procurement officer at Walmart.

Additionally, the company appointed John Speight as an executive director for up to five years, effective October 10, 2025. Speight, who joined Coforge in July 2018 and is currently the business head for UK and Europe Geo, has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry, including prior roles at Genpact and leading global transformation programs for brokerages in London. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and all necessary regulatory provisions.
