Century Plyboards announces senior management, independent director transitions

Century Plyboards (India) Limited announced a change in its senior management, with Balvinder Singh Sabherwal, plant head - Hoshiarpur, tendering his resignation for personal reasons. His last working day with the company will be October 31, 2025. The company stated that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those mentioned.

In a separate development, Probir Roy, an independent director, will complete his second term on September 30, 2025. His directorship with the company will conclude on that date, having fulfilled both terms as an independent director.

Both announcements, dated September 22, 2025, were made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and related SEBI circulars.
