Catalyst Trusteeship revises Go Fashion share disclosure

Catalyst Trusteeship Limited filed a revised disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, regarding its position in Go Fashion (India) Limited. The update, dated September 19, 2025, corrects a discrepancy in an earlier submission related to encumbered shares.

Before the disposal, Catalyst Trusteeship, acting as security trustee, held 3,758,600 shares, representing 6.96% of the voting capital in Go Fashion (India). The revised disclosure details the release of 1,116,848 encumbered shares, which amounted to 2.07% of the voting capital.

Following this disposal, Catalyst Trusteeship’s holding in Go Fashion (India) is now 2,641,752 shares, representing 4.89% of the total voting capital. The transaction involved the release of equity shares from Rahul Saraogi on July 21, 2025.
