Brigade Group secures new residential development in South Bengaluru

Brigade Enterprises Limited has signed a joint development agreement for a residential project in Banashankari, 5th Stage, South Bengaluru. This development, spread over 7.5 acres, is projected to have a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,200 Crores. This initiative underscores Brigade's strategy to enhance urban living experiences within Bengaluru's high-growth corridors.

The project will feature premium apartments in a prime location, benefiting from its proximity to key infrastructure, educational institutions, and commercial hubs. This strategic development aims to deliver thoughtfully designed, high-quality residential spaces, contributing to the city's growth and economic landscape.

This announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, on September 22, 2025.
