AU Small Finance Bank and Zaggle partner on credit and prepaid cards

AU Small Finance Bank (AU SFB) and Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited have announced a strategic partnership to introduce co-branded retail credit and prepaid cards. This collaboration aims to provide enhanced value through smart spending tips, rewards, and tech-enabled experiences. The new retail credit card will integrate Third-Party Application Provider (TPAP) technology and an AI-powered recommendation engine.

The partnership also includes the development of a comprehensive commercial credit card portfolio, leveraging AU SFB's underwriting expertise and Zaggle's enterprise network. Corporate clients will access Zaggle’s Zatix SaaS platform for real-time visibility and insights into spending. Additionally, a co-branded prepaid card program for corporate customers will support tax-saving benefits across various categories, managed via the Zaggle mobile app, with Zaggle SAVE automating expense reporting and reimbursements.

Zaggle will also introduce AU SFB to its southern regional corporate network as its primary banking franchise. This multi-phase rollout is set to deliver a robust suite of financial products tailored for India's consumer and corporate ecosystems.
