Arrow Greentech concludes 33rd annual general meeting

Arrow Greentech Ltd. convened its 33rd Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 3:32 p.m. via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting, chaired by shilpan patel, the chairman and managing director, included discussions on the company's performance and strategic initiatives for the past year. Key resolutions addressed during the AGM included the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the declaration of a dividend on equity shares for the same period.
