Vashu Bhagnani Industries holds 38th AGM, approves financial statements

Vashu Bhagnani Industries Limited (formerly Pooja Entertainment and Films Limited) successfully conducted its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 20, 2025, via video conference. The meeting saw key attendees including chairman Narendrakumar Badrinarayan Patel, managing director Mrs. Puja Vashu Bhagnani, and chief financial officer Mr. Omkar Pathak.

Shareholders adopted the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. They also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Puja Vashu Bhagnani as a director and the appointment of secretarial auditors for a five-year term. Several material related party transactions were also approved, involving entities such as Puja Entertainment (India) Limited, Pooja Entertainment Limited, Jjust Music Label Private Limited, M/s Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, and JVB Emerge Private Limited.

The company facilitated electronic voting for its members from September 17 to September 19, 2025, and also provided an e-voting facility during the AGM. The consolidated voting results will be disclosed by September 22, 2025, following the receipt of the scrutinizer's report.
