Solar Industries announces independent director Rashmi Prasad's term concludes

Solar Industries India Limited announced on September 20, 2025, that Rashmi Prasad has completed her first term as a non-executive independent director. Her tenure officially concluded at the close of business hours on the same date, leading to her cessation from the company's board. The company's board of directors and management expressed sincere appreciation for her contributions during her association with Solar Industries.

The departure is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and relevant SEBI Circulars dated November 11, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
