Rushil Decor reappoints Hiren S. Mahadevia as independent director

Rushil Decor Limited's shareholders, during their 31st Annual General Meeting on September 20, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Hiren S. Mahadevia as an independent director. This re-appointment is for a second consecutive term of five years, commencing from August 9, 2025, and concluding on August 8, 2030. The company initially intimated this re-appointment on August 2, 2025, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Mahadevia is a seasoned professional with a company secretary (CS) qualification and has been a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 1986. He also holds an MBA in finance and an L.L.B. (Special) degree. With over 35 years of experience in top-level finance and legal management, Mr. Mahadevia retired on June 30, 2023, after an extensive career with Ashima Group.

The company confirmed that Mr. Mahadevia is not related to any other director of Rushil Decor Limited and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority.
