Prism Johnson secures major limestone mining lease in Madhya Pradesh

Prism Johnson Limited has been declared the 'Preferred Bidder' for a mining lease for the Piparhat Kubri Limestone Block. This block covers an area of 203.815 hectares across the villages of Piparhat and Kubri in Tehsil Maihar, District Maihar, Madhya Pradesh.

The mining lease boasts a reserve of 45.21 million tonnes of limestone. The declaration was made by the Directorate of Geology and Mining, Mineral Resource Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, on September 19, 2025.

This information was officially disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
