Insolation Energy forms new subsidiary for solar power plant development

Insolation Energy Ltd. announced the incorporation of VJPG Green Infra Private Limited on September 20, 2025, a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary. This new entity, promoted by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd.), will function as a special purpose vehicle dedicated to setting up solar power plants.

VJPG Green Infra Private Limited has an authorized share capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited will acquire 100% of these equity shares. The new subsidiary's primary business will encompass the development, erection, installation, construction, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy power plants, including comprehensive operation and maintenance of rooftop solar photovoltaic power projects.

The incorporation of VJPG Green Infra Private Limited aims to further strengthen Insolation Energy's presence in the solar industry. As of its incorporation date, the new subsidiary has yet to commence business operations.
