Everest Industries appoints Hemant Khurana as new managing director and CEO

Everest Industries Limited has announced the appointment of Hemant Khurana as the managing director and chief executive officer of the company. The appointment was approved by the company's members at the 92nd Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2025.

Khurana will serve for a period of three consecutive years. His tenure officially commenced on September 13, 2025, and is scheduled to conclude on September 12, 2028.

This announcement follows an earlier intimation dated August 4, 2025.
