Banco Products: Shareholders approve key resolutions at 64th AGM

Banco Products (India) Limited held its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 19, 2025, via video conferencing. The company announced the voting results, confirming the approval of all resolutions by the requisite majority of members.

Key approvals include the adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Mehul K. Patel as a director. The company also ratified the remuneration of the cost auditor.

Additionally, M/s. J. J. Gandhi & Co., practising company secretaries, has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive years, from financial year 2025-26 to 2029-2030. J. J. Gandhi, a fellow member of the ICSI, brings 28 years of professional experience in corporate and security laws.
