Zaggle reappoints independent director Prerna Tandon for second term

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced the re-appointment of Ms. Prerna Tandon as a non-executive independent director, effective September 26, 2025. This decision, initially recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the board of directors, received formal approval from the company's members at its 14th annual general meeting held on September 18, 2025.

Ms. Tandon's second consecutive term will span five years, concluding on September 25, 2030. She is an economics honors graduate with an MBA, holding qualifications as an independent director from IICA and IOD. She is also a life member of IOD and a fellow member of DRT at Directorial Advisory Consortium. Her extensive professional background includes senior leadership roles at GE Capital, Price Waterhouse, Infosys, ANZ Bank, and State Street Corporation.

Her expertise encompasses large-scale transformations, business resilience, cybersecurity, CSR, diversity, and corporate governance. Previously, she held leadership positions at Infosys BPO Limited and Genpact. This re-appointment aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
