Uno Minda to meet investors in Dubai and US roadshows

Uno Minda Limited will conduct non-deal roadshows in Dubai and the US to meet with investors, as per an announcement dated September 19, 2025. The company will hold one-on-one, in-person meetings.

The Dubai roadshow is scheduled for September 24, 2025. Following this, the company will participate in a US roadshow from September 26, 2025, through October 2, 2025. These interactions are being held under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015.

Uno Minda confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be discussed during these interactions, though changes to the schedule may occur due to host/company exigencies. The announcement was signed by Tarun Kumar Srivastava, company secretary & compliance officer.
