TeamLease Services holds 25th AGM, shareholders approve key resolutions

TeamLease Services Limited announced the outcomes of its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 19, 2025. During the AGM, shareholders approved all nine resolutions, comprising four ordinary and five special business items. Key approvals included the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Ashok Reddy as director and managing director & CEO. Shareholders also approved Manish Sabharwal's remuneration as whole time director and vice chairman, alterations to the Articles of Association, and the re-designation of Narayan Ramachandran as non-executive and non-independent director.

The AGM proceedings, conducted virtually via video conferencing, saw 48 shareholders representing 52,86,327 shares in attendance. Remote e-voting was available from September 16-18, 2025, with direct e-voting provided during the meeting for those who hadn't voted remotely. The Scrutinizer's Report confirmed that all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority, with votes in favor ranging from 98.17% to 100%.

TeamLease highlighted its 20% year-over-year revenue growth in FY24, adding 27,650 billable associates and 250,000 new associates. The company reported a healthy cash balance of over INR 310 crores and strategic acquisitions in TSR Darashaw HR Services Private Limited (90% stake), Crystal HR and Security Solutions Private Limited (30% stake), and Ikigai Enablers Pte. Ltd. (80% stake) to expand its HR tech and global footprint.
