Responsive Industries concludes 43rd annual general meeting, approves financials

Responsive Industries Limited held its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, September 19, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) in Boisar, Maharashtra. Shareholders approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. A final dividend of Re.0.10 per equity share (10%) for the same fiscal year was also declared.

The AGM also saw the re-appointment of rishabh agarwal as a director. Additionally, M/s. Mayank Arora & Co., company secretaries, were appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The remuneration of M/s. S. K. Agarwal & Associates, cost accountants, for FY 2025-26 was ratified.

Voting was conducted through remote e-voting from September 16, 2025, to September 18, 2025, and via polling paper at the AGM venue. The company expects to announce the full voting results, including the scrutinizer's report, within two working days of the AGM's conclusion, with filings to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
