RailTel announces government nominee director steps down

RailTel Corporation of India Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the cessation of Rameshwar Meena as a part-time government nominee director, effective September 10, 2025. This change follows his relinquishment of the charge of executive director/signal, Railway Board, on the same date.

Rameshwar Meena was initially appointed as a part-time government nominee director with his tenure linked to holding the post of executive director/signal, Railway Board. Following his departure from the Railway Board position, he automatically ceased to hold his directorship at RailTel.
