Punjab national bank reschedules investor meeting for September 23

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced a rescheduling of its virtual group meeting under the Bharat Connect Conference: Rising Stars – September 2025. Initially set for September 22, 2025, at 01:00 p.m., the meeting has been postponed to September 23, 2025, commencing at 01:00 p.m. onwards.

This update follows PNB’s earlier intimation dated September 16, 2025. The bank confirmed that representatives participated in a separate virtual group meeting as part of the BofA India Financials Forum 2025, held today, September 19, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. onwards.

During the BofA India Financials Forum interaction, only information already available in the public domain was shared. Both announcements regarding these investor/analyst engagements are submitted in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
