PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery reappoints Prasad Ghodake as manager

PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited announced the re-appointment of Prasad Ghodake as manager (key managerial personnel), effective November 3, 2025, through November 2, 2030. The decision was made by the board of directors on September 19, 2025, following a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval.

Ghodake brings extensive experience to his role, having previously served as a junior assistant manager at a prominent Pune-based jewellery company for over 14 years. He initially joined PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery Limited as a junior assistant manager on December 1, 2021, and was subsequently appointed as manager on November 3, 2022.
