Piramal Enterprises cfo upma goel to depart in september 2025

Piramal Enterprises Limited (PEL) has confirmed that upma goel, its chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, will step down from her role. Her last day of employment with the company will be September 30, 2025. This follows an initial disclosure made by the company on July 29, 2025, regarding her resignation.

In her resignation letter dated July 28, 2025, goel expressed her decision to resign to pursue better career opportunities. She thanked the board for their support and guidance and committed to a smooth transition of her responsibilities during her notice period.

The announcement also noted that Piramal Enterprises Limited recently merged with Piramal Finance Limited, an order passed by the national company law tribunal, Mumbai bench, effective September 16, 2025.
