Peterhouse Investments, Stuti Jhawar alter Usha Martin holdings

Peterhouse Investments India Ltd has disclosed a sale of 300,000 equity shares of Usha Martin Limited on September 18, 2025, through an open market transaction on the National Stock Exchange. This transaction reduced Peterhouse Investments' holding from 1.72% to 1.62% after the sale.

In a separate development, Stuti Jhawar announced the acquisition of 15,000 equity shares of Usha Martin Limited on the same date, September 18, 2025, also through an open market transaction on the National Stock Exchange. This purchase increased Stuti Jhawar's holding from 0.41% to 0.42%.
