Nippon Life India Asset Management allots equity shares under ESOPs

Nippon Life India Asset Management Limited's Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 155,392 equity shares on September 19, 2025. This includes 20,414 equity shares under the NAM INDIA ESOP 2017 scheme at a grant price of INR 202.50 per share, raising INR 41,33,835.00. Additionally, 125,118 equity shares were allotted under the NAM INDIA ESOP 2019 scheme, with a total of INR 1,36,22,520.00, INR 4,82,572.40, and INR 2,31,71,007.99 generated from three tranches at grant prices of INR 223.32, INR 247.60, and INR 372.71 per share, respectively.

Further allotments include 6,375 equity shares under the NAM INDIA ESOP 2023 scheme at a grant price of INR 499.76 per share, totaling INR 31,85,970.00. Another 3,485 equity shares were allotted under the NAM INDIA PSU 2023 scheme at INR 10 per share, bringing in INR 34,850.00. These shares all have a face value of INR 10 each.

Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity share capital has increased from 636,491,424 shares to 636,646,816 shares, with a corresponding increase in total paid-up capital from INR 6,36,49,14,240 to INR 6,36,64,68,160. All newly allotted shares rank pari passu with existing equity shares.
