National Aluminium appoints new joint statutory auditors for 2025-26

National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has appointed M/s. B M Chatrath & Co., Chartered Accountants, and M/s. SRB & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) made the appointment via letter dated September 10, 2025, and both firms have formally accepted the engagement.

M/s. B M Chatrath & Co. LLP, established in 1923, is a centenarian firm with a pan-India presence and over 200 clients. The firm, which converted to a Limited Liability Partnership on April 5, 2017, has seventeen partners and over 300 audit staff. M/s. SRB & Associates, founded in 1978 and headquartered in Bhubaneswar, specializes in assurance, taxation, and corporate advisory services, supported by a workforce exceeding 300 professionals across several key Indian cities.

This appointment ensures NALCO's compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, specifically Regulation 30. The detailed profiles of both firms were provided in Annexure-A of the official notification.
