Nandan Denim shareholders approve all 7 AGM resolutions

Nandan Denim Limited announced on September 19, 2025, that all seven resolutions at its 31st annual general meeting (AGM), held on September 17, 2025, were passed. The total votes polled across all resolutions ranged from 47.99% to 48.00% of outstanding shares.

Key ordinary resolutions, including the adoption of financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, and the re-appointment of Shaktidan Jayendrasingh Gadhavi as a director, received 99.99% and 99.97% of votes in favor, respectively. The ratification of remuneration for cost auditors also passed with 99.98% approval.

Special resolutions for the appointment of secretarial auditor M/s. J. D. Khatnani & Associates, approval of related party transactions with Chiripal Industries Limited, and the appointments of Suresh Chatterjee and Ambalal C. Patel as independent directors were also approved. The related party transactions resolution passed with 87.32% in favor, while the independent director appointments each garnered 99.99% and 99.98% of votes in favor, respectively.
