Metro Brands to meet with analysts, investors next week

Metro Brands Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) about an upcoming analyst and institutional investor meet, as per Regulation 30 (6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The intimation, dated September 19, 2025, details a meeting scheduled for September 24, 2025.

The "Group meeting" of "Physical" type will be held with J.P. Morgan India Consumption Forum from 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. Metro Brands emphasized that the schedule is subject to change due to exigencies, and all discussions will be based on generally available information, adhering to the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
